How to avail Senior Citizen Discount

Requirements:

1. Senior Citizen ID
2. Senior Citizen Purchase Slip Booklet
3. Doctor's Prescription
- with doctors signature
- PRC license number
4. Authorization Letter of the Card owner if he/she can't go to the pharmacy.

If one of this four requirements is missing you might want to get it first or get home with nothing.
